Introduction

The Church is not built on human strategy, personality, or programs. It is built on Christ and led through the gifts He has given. God’s design for leadership is not one-man ministry but team ministry.

“And He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers— for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:11–12

Main Idea

The Five-Fold Ministry is God’s way to equip the saints, unify the Church, and manifest the fullness of Christ.

1. The Church Belongs to Christ

  • Jesus said, “I will build My Church.” (Matthew 16:18)

  • He is the head, and we are His body.

  • We do not choose ministry positions; Christ appoints and calls.

Just like a body needs many parts to function, the Church needs diverse gifts working together.

  • Only Pastors → Church becomes inward focused.

  • Only Teachers → Knowledge but no power.

  • Only Prophets → Fire without structure.

  • Only Apostles → Vision without care.

Together → Powerful, stable, growing Church.

5. The Calling of Every Believer

  • संतों को सेवा के लिए तैयार करना

  • कलीसिया में एकता और परिपक्वता लाना

1. कलीसिया मसीह की है

  • यीशु ने कहा: “मैं अपनी कलीसिया बनाऊँगा।” — मत्ती 16:18

  • वह सिर है, हम अंग हैं।

  • सेवकाई पद नहीं, एक बुलाहट है; मसीह ही नियुक्त करता है।

उदाहरण:
जैसे शरीर के सारे अंग मिलकर काम करते हैं, वैसे ही कलीसिया को भी अनेक वरदानों की आवश्यकता होती है।

2. पाँच-दलीय सेवकाई का उद्देश्य

उद्देश्य अर्थ
संतों को तैयार करना लोगों को प्रशिक्षित करना, नियंत्रित नहीं करना
कलीसिया का उन्नयन आत्मिक मजबूती और परिपक्वता
विश्वास की एकता न विभाजन, न प्रतिस्पर्धा
मसीह की पूर्णता प्रकट करना हर वरदान मसीह का एक पक्ष दिखाता है

जब एक ही वरदान सब कुछ चलाता है, कलीसिया कमजोर हो जाती है।
जब पाँचों मिलकर काम करते हैं, कलीसिया सामर्थी बनती है।

3. पाँच दलीय सेवकाई का उपहार

1. प्रेरित (Apostle) — दर्शन एवं नींव रखने वाला

  • नयी जगह में काम शुरू करता है, स्थापित करता है।

  • मार्गदर्शन, नेतृत्व एवं दिशा देता है।

2. भविष्यवक्ता (Prophet) — परमेश्वर की आवाज़

  • दिशा, चेतावनी, और प्रोत्साहन देता है।

  • कलीसिया को पवित्र जीवन की ओर लाता है।

3. सुसमाचार प्रचारक (Evangelist) — आत्माओं का विजेता

  • खोए हुओं के लिए जुनून।

  • कलीसिया को आत्माओं को बचाने के लिए प्रेरित करता है।

4. पासबान / चरवाहा (Pastor) — देखभाल करने वाला

  • प्रेम, परामर्श, सुरक्षा और उपचार देता है।

  • परिवार जैसी एकता स्थापित करता है।

5. शिक्षक (Teacher) — शब्द का आधार देने वाला

  • सही सिद्धांत और गहरी समझ सिखाता है।

  • गलत शिक्षाओं से रक्षा करता है।

4. क्यों कलीसिया को पाँचों की आवश्यकता है

  • प्रेरित आगे बढ़ाते हैं।

  • भविष्यवक्ता शुद्धता और दिशा देते हैं।

  • सुसमाचार प्रचारक कलीसिया को बाहर की ओर ले जाते हैं।

असंतुलन होने पर क्या होता है

  • केवल सुसमाचार प्रचारक → भीड़ तो आती है, पर शिष्यत्व नहीं

  • केवल चरवाहा → कलीसिया अंदर ही अंदर बंद हो जाती है

  • केवल शिक्षक → ज्ञान तो है, पर सामर्थ नहीं

  • केवल भविष्यवक्ता → आग तो है, पर व्यवस्था नहीं

  • केवल प्रेरित → दर्शन है, पर देखभाल नहीं

साथ मिलकर → स्थिर, बढ़ती और फलवंत कलीसिया

5. हर विश्वासी की बुलाहट

इफिसियों 4:12 — “संतों को सेवा-कार्य के लिये सिद्ध करना”

  • सेवा केवल मंच पर नहीं होती।

  • हर विश्वासी बुलाया गया है।

  • नेता मनोरंजन या नियंत्रण के लिए नहीं, तैयार करने और प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए हैं।

चुनौती

क्या आप अपनी बुलाहट को पहचानने और विकसित करने के लिए तैयार हैं?
