“THE KINGDOM OF GOD: GOD’S RULE IN OUR LIVES”



INTRODUCTION

Praise the Lord, Church.
Today I want to speak about the most important message Jesus ever preached — the Kingdom of God.

Jesus did not come only to start a religion.
He did not come only to build churches.
He came to announce a Kingdom.

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent and believe the gospel.”
— Mark 1:15

Many people think the Kingdom of God is only heaven after death.
But Jesus said, “The Kingdom has come near.”
That means it is present now, and yet greater glory is still coming.

POINT 1: THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS ABOUT RULE, NOT A PLACE

The Kingdom of God is God’s rule, God’s authority, God’s kingship.

“For the kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
— Romans 14:17

Let me explain this with a village example.

In our villages, there is a Panchayat.
There are local leaders, elders, and authorities.
But even the Panchayat comes under:

  • The State Government

  • The Central Government

Now, even if someone in the village says,
“I don’t accept the government,”
the government’s authority does not disappear.

In the same way:

  • God’s Kingdom exists whether people accept it or not

  • But only those who submit experience its blessings

Church, the Kingdom is not about where you go —
it is about who rules your life.

Question:
Is Jesus only your Savior…
or is He truly your King?

POINT 2: THE KINGDOM BEGINS IN THE HEART

Jesus said:

“The kingdom of God is within you.”
— Luke 17:21

That means the Kingdom does not first come outside —
it starts inside the heart.

Every farmer knows this truth:

  • The seed is powerful

  • But the soil decides the harvest

If the soil is hard → no growth
If the soil is full of thorns → growth is choked
If the soil is good → fruit comes

Jesus said the Kingdom is like a seed.

Church, the problem is never the Kingdom —
the problem is the condition of the heart.

  • Pride hardens the soil

  • Worries choke the seed

  • Obedience makes the soil fruitful

Preach Line:

“The Kingdom does not fail — the soil decides the harvest.”

POINT 3: THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS PRESENT NOW

Jesus said:

“If I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.”
— Matthew 12:28

Where the Kingdom comes:

  • Bondages break

  • Lives change

  • Darkness leaves

  • Peace enters homes

Electricity may be available in the village:

  • Power station is working

  • Wires are already laid

But if a house is not connected —
there will be no light inside.

Church, the power of the Kingdom is present.
But obedience and faith are the connection.

Preach Line:

“Many believers live without power, not because power is absent, but because connection is missing.”

POINT 4: KINGDOM VALUES VS WORLDLY VALUES (BUSINESS ILLUSTRATION)

Jesus taught us to live by Kingdom values, not worldly shortcuts.

Illustration: Honest Businessperson

In business today:

  • False weights bring quick profit

  • Bribes open doors faster

  • Lies reduce losses

But a Kingdom-minded believer says:

  • “I may lose money, but not my testimony”

  • “I will honor God even if it costs me”

“Better is a little with righteousness than great income with injustice.”
— Proverbs 16:8

Church, Kingdom people don’t ask:

“What will benefit me today?”

They ask:

“What will honor my King forever?”

POINT 5: THE KINGDOM IS STILL COMING IN FULLNESS

Jesus taught us to pray:

“Your kingdom come.”
— Matthew 6:10

This means:

  • The Kingdom is already here

  • But its full rule is still coming

  • The winner is already decided

  • But full authority begins on swearing-in day

In the same way:

  • Jesus has already won

  • One day, He will rule openly and fully

“The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ.”
— Revelation 11:15

Until that day, we live as Kingdom people in a broken world.

POINT 6: SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM

Jesus said:

“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.”
— Matthew 6:33

A farmer knows:

  • First rain is crucial

  • If sowing is delayed, later rain cannot save the crop

In the same way:

  • What you put first decides the harvest

Preach Line:

“What you put first controls what you receive last.”

Church, don’t fit the Kingdom into your life —
build your life around the Kingdom.

CONCLUSION & ALTAR CALL

Let me end with this illustration.

A house cannot have two landlords.
A life cannot have two kings.

Many people want:

  • Jesus as Savior

  • Self as King

But the Kingdom demands full surrender.

Today, Jesus is not asking for a room in your house.
He is asking for the keys.

“For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”
— 1 Corinthians 4:20

Today I surrender my life to Your rule.
Not my will, but Your will.
Let Your Kingdom come in my heart,
my family, my work, and my future.

भूमिका (INTRODUCTION)

प्रिय चर्च, प्रभु यीशु मसीह के नाम में आप सबको नमस्कार।

यीशु मसीह केवल एक नया धर्म शुरू करने नहीं आए थे।
वे केवल चर्च बनाने नहीं आए थे।
वे एक राज्य की घोषणा करने आए थे।

“समय पूरा हुआ है, और परमेश्वर का राज्य निकट आ गया है; मन फिराओ और सुसमाचार पर विश्वास करो।”
— मरकुस 1:15

बहुत लोग सोचते हैं कि परमेश्वर का राज्य केवल मृत्यु के बाद स्वर्ग है।
लेकिन यीशु ने कहा — राज्य निकट आ गया है।
अर्थात:

  • राज्य अब उपस्थित है

  • और उसकी पूर्ण महिमा अभी आने वाली है

बिंदु 1: परमेश्वर का राज्य एक स्थान नहीं, शासन है

परमेश्वर का राज्य मतलब:

  • परमेश्वर का अधिकार

  • परमेश्वर का शासन

  • परमेश्वर की राजशाही

“क्योंकि परमेश्वर का राज्य खाने-पीने की बात नहीं, परन्तु धार्मिकता, शांति और पवित्र आत्मा में आनन्द है।”
— रोमियों 14:17

उदाहरण: गाँव की पंचायत

हमारे गाँवों में पंचायत होती है।
सरपंच होता है, बुज़ुर्ग होते हैं।
लेकिन पंचायत भी:

  • राज्य सरकार के अधीन

  • केंद्र सरकार के अधीन होती है

अगर कोई कहे:
“मैं सरकार को नहीं मानता”
तो क्या सरकार का अधिकार खत्म हो जाता है?
नहीं।

👉 उसी तरह:

  • परमेश्वर का राज्य सब पर है

  • लेकिन आशीषें उन्हें मिलती हैं जो समर्पण करते हैं

प्रश्न:
क्या यीशु केवल आपके उद्धारकर्ता हैं?
या सच में आपके राजा हैं?

बिंदु 2: परमेश्वर का राज्य हृदय से शुरू होता है

यीशु ने कहा:

“परमेश्वर का राज्य तुम्हारे भीतर है।”
— लूका 17:21

उदाहरण: बीज और मिट्टी (किसान उदाहरण)

हर किसान जानता है:

  • बीज अच्छा हो सकता है

  • लेकिन फसल मिट्टी पर निर्भर करती है

कठोर मिट्टी → बीज नहीं उगता
काँटों वाली मिट्टी → फसल दब जाती है
अच्छी मिट्टी → भरपूर फल

यीशु ने कहा — परमेश्वर का राज्य बीज के समान है।

👉 समस्या राज्य में नहीं,
👉 समस्या हृदय की स्थिति में होती है।

प्रचार वाक्य:

“राज्य कभी असफल नहीं होता — मिट्टी निर्णय करती है।”

बिंदु 3: परमेश्वर का राज्य अभी उपस्थित है

यीशु ने कहा:

“यदि मैं परमेश्वर के आत्मा से दुष्टात्माएँ निकालता हूँ, तो परमेश्वर का राज्य तुम पर आ पहुँचा है।”
— मत्ती 12:28

जहाँ राज्य आता है:

  • बंधन टूटते हैं

  • जीवन बदलते हैं

  • अंधकार भागता है

  • शांति आती है

उदाहरण: बिजली कनेक्शन

गाँव में:

  • बिजली घर चालू है

  • तार लगे हुए हैं

लेकिन अगर घर में कनेक्शन नहीं है,
तो घर में उजाला नहीं होगा।

👉 राज्य की शक्ति मौजूद है,
👉 लेकिन आज्ञाकारिता और विश्वास कनेक्शन हैं।

प्रचार वाक्य:

“अंधकार इसलिए नहीं कि शक्ति नहीं है,
बल्कि इसलिए कि कनेक्शन नहीं है।”

बिंदु 4: राज्य के मूल्य बनाम संसार के मूल्य (व्यापार उदाहरण)

आज व्यापार में:

  • गलत तौल से फायदा

  • रिश्वत से काम

  • झूठ से बचाव

लेकिन राज्य का व्यक्ति कहता है:

  • “नुकसान हो जाए, पर गवाही न टूटे”

  • “मैं राजा को सम्मान दूँगा”

“अन्याय के साथ बड़ी आमदनी से धार्मिकता के साथ थोड़ी आमदनी उत्तम है।”
— नीतिवचन 16:8

👉 राज्य के लोग पूछते हैं:
“इससे परमेश्वर को महिमा मिलेगी या नहीं?”

बिंदु 5: परमेश्वर का राज्य पूर्ण रूप से आने वाला है

यीशु ने सिखाया:

“तेरा राज्य आए।”
— मत्ती 6:10

उदाहरण: चुनाव परिणाम और शपथ ग्रहण

चुनाव में:

  • परिणाम घोषित हो जाता है

  • लेकिन पूरा अधिकार शपथ के बाद आता है

उसी तरह:

  • यीशु ने विजय पा ली है

  • एक दिन वे पूरी पृथ्वी पर राज्य करेंगे

“इस संसार का राज्य हमारे प्रभु और उसके मसीह का हो गया है।”
— प्रकाशितवाक्य 11:15

बिंदु 6: पहले परमेश्वर के राज्य को खोजो

“पहले परमेश्वर के राज्य और उसकी धार्मिकता को खोजो।”
— मत्ती 6:33

उदाहरण: पहली बारिश

किसान जानता है:

  • पहली बारिश सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होती है

  • देर से बोया गया बीज बच नहीं पाता

👉 जो पहले रखा जाता है,
👉 वही अंतिम फल तय करता है।

प्रचार वाक्य:

“जो पहले होगा, वही अंत को तय करेगा।”

समापन और बुलाहट (ALTAR CALL)

उदाहरण: दो मालिकों वाला घर

एक घर में:

  • दो मालिक नहीं हो सकते

  • एक ही अंतिम निर्णयकर्ता होता है

बहुत लोग चाहते हैं:

  • यीशु उद्धारकर्ता हों

  • लेकिन राजा वे खुद रहें

आज यीशु आपसे कमरा नहीं,
चाबियाँ माँग रहे हैं।

“क्योंकि परमेश्वर का राज्य बातों में नहीं, पर सामर्थ में है।”
— 1 कुरिन्थियों 4:20

प्रार्थना

“प्रभु यीशु,
आज मैं अपने जीवन का शासन आपको सौंपता हूँ।
मेरी इच्छा नहीं, आपकी इच्छा पूरी हो।
मेरे हृदय, परिवार, काम और भविष्य में
आपका राज्य आए।
आज और सदा के लिए आप मेरे राजा हैं।
आमीन।”
