"Speak Life, Not Hopelessness”

📖 Jeremiah 29:11; Proverbs 18:21

Introduction

Church, words are powerful. कलीसिया, वचन बहुत सामर्थी होते हैं।

We sometimes underestimate them. हम कभी-कभी उनकी शक्ति को कम आँकते हैं।

We say things like हम कहते हैं:

  • “Nothing good will ever happen in my life.” “मेरे जीवन में कभी कुछ अच्छा नहीं होगा।”

  • “I’ll never come out of this situation.” “मैं कभी इस स्थिति से बाहर नहीं निकलूँगा।”

  • “My future is finished.” “मेरा भविष्य समाप्त हो गया है।”

But listen—when we speak hopelessness, we are not just expressing feelings; we are actually resisting the plan of God. पर सुनिए—जब हम निराशाजनक बातें बोलते हैं, तो हम केवल अपनी भावनाएँ व्यक्त नहीं करते, बल्कि वास्तव में हम परमेश्वर की योजना का विरोध कर रहे होते हैं।

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us हमें याद दिलाता है:
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”“क्योंकि मैं उन योजनाओं को जानता हूँ जो मैं तुम्हारे विषय में करता हूँ, यहोवा की यह वाणी है, वे योजनाएँ हानि की नहीं, कल्याण की हैं, ताकि तुम्हें आशा और भविष्य दूँ।”

And Proverbs 18:21 says कहता है:
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.” मृत्यु और जीवन जीभ के वश में हैं, और जो उसको प्रिय रखते हैं, वे उसके फल खाते हैं।”

So here is the truth: God has a good plan for you, but your tongue can either agree with that plan or destroy it. तो सच्चाई यह है: परमेश्वर की योजना आपके लिए उत्तम है, पर आपकी जीभ उस योजना से सहमत भी हो सकती है या उसे नष्ट भी कर सकती है।

1. God’s Plan is Good / परमेश्वर की योजना भली है

  • To Israel in exile, God promised hope. (Jeremiah 29:11) निर्वासन में पड़े इस्राएल से परमेश्वर ने आशा का वचन दिया। (यिर्मयाह 29:11)

  • Romans 8:28 — “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.” रोमियों 8:28 — “और हम जानते हैं कि जो लोग परमेश्वर से प्रेम रखते हैं… सब बातें मिलकर उनके लिए भलाई उत्पन्न करती हैं।”

  • Psalm 33:11 — “The plans of the Lord stand firm forever.” भजन 33:11 — “यहोवा की युक्ति सर्वदा स्थिर रहती है।”

Even when we cannot see it, God’s plan is moving forward. लागू करना: जब हमें दिखाई भी न दे, तब भी परमेश्वर की योजना आगे बढ़ रही है।

2. Our Words Can Delay or Destroy God’s Plan / हमारे वचन परमेश्वर की योजना को रोक सकते हैं

  • Israel complained in the wilderness (Numbers 13:31–33) and delayed the promise. इस्राएली जंगल में कुड़कुड़ाते रहे (गिनती 13:31–33) और प्रतिज्ञा में देर हुई।

  • Proverbs 6:2 — “You are snared by the words of your mouth.” नीतिवचन 6:2 — “तू अपने मुँह की बातों से फँस गया है।”

  • Matthew 12:37 — “For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” मत्ती 12:37 — “क्योंकि तू अपने वचनों के द्वारा धर्मी ठहराया जाएगा और अपने वचनों के द्वारा दोषी ठहराया जाएगा।”

Negative words are like a brake on God’s plan. उदाहरण: नकारात्मक वचन परमेश्वर की योजना पर ब्रेक लगाने जैसे हैं।

3. Speak Life, Not Hopelessness / जीवन बोलो, निराशा नहीं

  • Proverbs 18:21 — “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
    नीतिवचन 18:21 — “मृत्यु और जीवन जीभ के वश में हैं।”

  • Ephesians 4:29 — “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths.”
    इफिसियों 4:29 — “कोई गन्दी बात तुम्हारे मुँह से न निकले।”

  • Joel 3:10 — “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’”
    योएल 3:10 — “निर्बल कहे, ‘मैं वीर हूँ।’”

  • Mark 11:23 — “If anyone says to this mountain… it will be done for them.”
    मरकुस 11:23 — “जो कोई इस पहाड़ से कहे… तो यह उसके लिए हो जाएगा।”

Application: When you speak faith, heaven agrees.
लागू करना: जब आप विश्वास बोलते हैं, तो स्वर्ग सहमत होता है।

4. Our Response: Declarations of Faith / हमारी प्रतिक्रिया: विश्वास की घोषणाएँ

Now let’s not just hear—let’s declare together.
अब केवल सुनें नहीं—आओ मिलकर घोषणा करें।

Repeat after me:
मेरे पीछे दोहराएँ:

  1. I believe God’s plan for my life is good. 🙌
    मैं मानता हूँ कि परमेश्वर की योजना मेरे जीवन के लिए उत्तम है। 🙌

  2. I will not speak hopeless words; I will speak words of faith and hope. 🕊️
    मैं निराशाजनक वचन नहीं, बल्कि विश्वास और आशा के वचन बोलूँगा। 🕊️

  3. My future is secure in God’s hands. 🔒
    मेरा भविष्य परमेश्वर के हाथों में सुरक्षित है। 🔒

  4. God’s plan is not to harm me but to bless me. 🌱
    परमेश्वर की योजना मुझे हानि पहुँचाने की नहीं, आशीष देने की है। 🌱

  5. Even in difficulties, I trust God is working all things for my good. 💪
    कठिनाइयों में भी मैं विश्वास रखता हूँ कि परमेश्वर सब कुछ मेरे भले के लिए कर रहा है। 💪

  6. Life will flow from my tongue, not death. 🔥
    मेरे मुँह से जीवन निकलेगा, मृत्यु नहीं। 🔥

  7. I will walk in hope each day, because my future is in Christ. ✝️
    मैं हर दिन आशा में चलूँगा, क्योंकि मेरा भविष्य मसीह में है। ✝️

Scientific Insight / वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण

Modern science agrees with the Bible.
आधुनिक विज्ञान भी बाइबल से सहमत है।

  • Neuroscience shows: When we speak negative words, the brain releases stress chemicals like cortisol, which damage memory, weaken immunity, and create anxiety.
    न्यूरोसाइंस बताता है: जब हम नकारात्मक वचन बोलते हैं, तो मस्तिष्क “कोर्टिसोल” नामक तनाव हार्मोन छोड़ता है, जो स्मृति को कमजोर करता है, रोग-प्रतिरोधक शक्ति घटाता है और चिंता पैदा करता है।

  • But when we speak positive and faith-filled words, the brain releases “dopamine” and “serotonin,” which bring peace, hope, and energy.
    लेकिन जब हम सकारात्मक और विश्वास से भरे वचन बोलते हैं, तो मस्तिष्क “डोपामिन” और “सेरोटोनिन” छोड़ता है, जो शांति, आशा और ऊर्जा देता है।

  • Psychologists call this the self-fulfilling prophecy: what you repeatedly say shapes what you begin to believe, and what you believe shapes how you act.
    मनोवैज्ञानिक इसे स्वयं-सिद्ध भविष्यवाणी (Self-fulfilling prophecy) कहते हैं: जो आप बार-बार कहते हैं, वही आप मानने लगते हैं; और जो आप मानते हैं, उसी के अनुसार आप आचरण करने लगते हैं।

👉 This is why the Bible says, “Let the weak say, I am strong” (Joel 3:10). Speaking life actually reprograms the mind and aligns it with God’s plan.
👉 यही कारण है कि बाइबल कहती है: “निर्बल कहे, मैं वीर हूँ।” (योएल 3:10) — जीवन बोलना हमारे मस्तिष्क को नया करता है और हमें परमेश्वर की योजना से जोड़ता है।

Application / लागू करना

  • God’s plan is good (Jeremiah 29:11, Romans 8:28).
    परमेश्वर की योजना भली है (यिर्मयाह 29:11, रोमियों 8:28)।

  • But our words can delay or destroy His plan (Numbers 13:31–33, Matthew 12:37).
    लेकिन हमारे वचन उसकी योजना को विलंबित या नष्ट कर सकते हैं (गिनती 13:31–33, मत्ती 12:37)।

  • So speak life, not hopelessness (Proverbs 18:21, Ephesians 4:29, Mark 11:23).
    इसलिए जीवन बोलो, निराशा नहीं (नीतिवचन 18:21, इफिसियों 4:29, मरकुस 11:23)।

Faith Declarations / विश्वास की घोषणाएँ

Now let’s all declare together:
अब सब मिलकर घोषणा करें:

  1. I believe God’s plan for my life is good. 🙌
    मैं मानता हूँ कि परमेश्वर की योजना मेरे जीवन के लिए उत्तम है। 🙌

  2. I will not speak hopeless words; I will speak words of faith and hope. 🕊️
    मैं निराशाजनक वचन नहीं, बल्कि विश्वास और आशा के वचन बोलूँगा। 🕊️

  3. My future is secure in God’s hands. 🔒
    मेरा भविष्य परमेश्वर के हाथों में सुरक्षित है। 🔒

Conclusion / निष्कर्ष

  • God’s Word is true: His plan is for hope, not despair.
    परमेश्वर का वचन सत्य है: उसकी योजना आशा की है, निराशा की नहीं।

  • Science confirms: the words we speak shape our brain, our emotions, and our future.
    विज्ञान भी पुष्टि करता है: जो वचन हम बोलते हैं, वही हमारे मस्तिष्क, हमारी भावनाओं और हमारे भविष्य को आकार देते हैं।

So church, don’t destroy God’s plan with hopeless words.
इसलिए कलीसिया, निराशाजनक वचनों से परमेश्वर की योजना को नष्ट मत करो।

Speak life. Speak faith. Speak hope.
जीवन बोलो। विश्वास बोलो। आशा बोलो।

Because your words can open the door for God’s plan to unfold in your life.
क्योंकि आपके वचन परमेश्वर की योजना को आपके जीवन में प्रकट कर सकते हैं।

It was not a place of life, but a place of death, decay, and hopelessness.
