13- FUTURE OF SATAN

    In previous lesson, we have learned the location of evil spirits and their places of operation against the interest of living God. Now, in this lesson, we will learn the future destination of evil spirits.


1. Battle between God and Satan in Heaven-I and Heaven-II at the end time:


    Heaven-I and Heaven-II have been clearly discussed in Lesson-22. So, there will be fierce battle between Satan and God at the time of second coming in those two Heavens where Satan is actively doing work against God. This is very  clear from the following verses:


Rev 12:7 Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back, 8 but he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world— he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 12 Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!”


2. Evil spirits confine to jail at the second coming:


Rev 20:1 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. 2 And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years,3 and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while.


    At the second coming of Christ, Lucifer and all his fallen angels who were cast down to earth will be locked up in Sheol/Hades/bottomless pit/Abyss for the first time for 1000 years the time of millennial kingdom on earth  (Rev20:4).


3. Evil spirits destination after 1000 years:


Rev 20:7 When the 1,000 years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the sea. 9 They came up over the surface of the earth and surrounded the encampment of the saints, the beloved city. Then fire came down from heaven and consumed them.10 The Devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.




4. The world after Satan is thrown into Gehenna for all eternity:

Rev 21:1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”


Note: After cleaning all wickedness from the universe, God Himself will come down from Heaven-III to dwell among man on earth. The earth will become Heaven and everything on earth will become eternal. Earth will become the ruling center of God over the entire universe for all eternity.


     Now, if you have never heard about heaven, hell, spirit, soul and body but come to know from this writing and wanted Jesus to come in your life who is the savior from hell, then pray this simple prayer:


[“Lord Jesus, I am a sinful person. Forgive my sins; come in my heart and save my soul. You died for my sin on the cross and rose again on the third day for my salvation from hell. Today I accept you as my Lord and Savior. Save my soul, and be my God from now and forever. Amen’]

     If you have prayed this prayer right from the core of your heart, Jesus will come into your heart. He will dwell in you and tell you the meaning of your purposeless life. Then find a Bible, English or Hindi translation and read it. Seek Christian elders; he will guide you.
