Fear Can Be Change

(John 20:19-­29)

The disciples were not who you'd expect to begin a great movement. They were a simple band chosen by Jesus. What transformed them into heroes willing to lay down their lives for Christ?

1. They were Fleeing Disciples: running scared (Matt. 26:56). They all kept quiet in their house for fear of Roman government. They also denied Jesus as their master.

2. They were Fearful Disciples: not running, just scared (John 20:19­-23). They had an encounter with Jesus (vv. 19, 20) and a commissioning by Jesus (v. 21, ­23).

3. They were Fearless Disciples: turning the world upside down (Acts 2)

There are only two simple reasons to change fearful disciple to fearless: They had a genuine encounter with the living Christ, and they were empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Today, if we will make the Holy Spirit our helper, then we too can be free from fear. Because Jesus said he would pray for us from the Father, and he would give us a helper, that he would always be with us (John 14:14).

डर को बदला जा सकता है

(यूहन्ना 20:19­29)

चेलों वे नहीं थे जिनसे आप एक महान आंदोलन शुरू करने की उम्मीद करते हैं। वे यीशु द्वारा चुने गए एक साधारण बैंड थे। मसीह के लिए अपना जीवन लगाने को तैयार नायकों में उन्हें क्या बदल दिया?

1. वे डरते हुए भगा हुवा चेले थे: तब सब चेले उसे छोड़कर भाग गए (मती 26:56) । वे सबने रोमियो सरकार के डर से आपने अपने घर में चुप गए थे. उन्होंने यीशु को अपना गुरु मानने से भी इनकार कर दिया।

2. वे भयभीत चेले थे: भागना नहीं था, बस डरा हुआ था (यूहन्ना 20: 19-23) । यीशु के साथ उनकी मुठभेड़ हुई (v. 19, 20) और यीशु द्वारा भेजगाया (v. 21, 23) ।

3. वे निर्भय चेले थे: दुनिया को बदल के रख दिया ऊपर से नीचे (प्रेरितों के काम 2)

भयभीत चेले को निर्भय में बदलने के केवल दो सरल कारण हैं: उनका जीवित मसीह के साथ वास्तविक मुठभेड़ था, और उन्हें पवित्र आत्मा द्वारा सशक्त बनाया गया था। आज हम भी अगर पवित्र आत्मा को अपना सहायक बनाएगा तो हम भी डर से आज़ाद हो सकता है । क्यूंकि येशु कहा वह हमारे लिए पिता से प्रत्तना करेगा, और वोह हमे एक सहायक देगा, कि वह सर्वदा  हमारे साथ रहेगा  (यूहन्ना 14:16) ।
