FEAR

The subject of fear is one of the most awesome studies found in God’s Word. There are constructive and destructive fears. Some fears are so evil that one can be momentarily paralyzed by them. One can become physically ill through fear. Therefore, it is so important that we give ourselves over to the Lord as we study this important subject.   All of the spiritual qualifications and tools necessary to combat the evil fears that may come upon us are found in the Word of God. We can overcome bad fears, be victorious, live happy and joyful Christian lives, and be of greater service and value to our Master.

                The following are fears that can keep us from knowing the Lord and doing His will, and that may condemn some to eternal hell.

1)      The fear that you will fail;

2)      The fear that you can’t live up to God’s standards;

3)      The fear that you can’t obey God’s Word.

Forms of the words fear and afraid are found over seven hundred times in the Bible; this should cause us to realize the importance of fear in our lives. Over eighty times we have the words, “Do not fear,” or “Fear not.”

A.      Fear, Constructive and Destructive (Matthew 10:24-31)

B.      Fear, Godly (Psalm 33:8)

C.      Fear not: God is Your Protector (Genesis 15:1)

D.      Fear not: God Is Your Power (2King 6:16)

E.       Fear: Its Objects (Psalm 34:4)

डर का विषय परमेश्वर के शब्द में पाए गए सबसे भयानक अध्ययनों में से एक है। रचियता का डर और विनाशकारी डर हैं। कुछ डर इतनी बुरी होती हैं कि कोई भी एक पल में उनके द्वारा लकवाग्रस्त हो सकता है। डर के मारे व्यक्ति शारीरिक रूप से बीमार हो सकता है। इसलिए, यह इतना महत्वपूर्ण है कि हम अपने आप को प्रभु को सौंप दें क्योंकि हम इस महत्वपूर्ण विषय का अध्ययन करते हैं। परमेश्वर के वचन में पाए जाने वाले बुरे डर का सामना करने के लिए आवश्यक योग्यता और उपकरण। हम बुरे डर को दूर कर सकते हैं, विजयी हो सकते हैं, खुश और खुशहाल ईसाई जीवन जी सकते हैं, और अपने स्वामी के लिए अधिक से अधिक सेवा और मूल्य रख सकते हैं।

ये निम्नलिखित डर हैं जो हमें प्रभु को जानने और उनकी इच्छा को पूरा करने से रोक सकते हैं, और जो कुछ अनन्त नरक की निंदा कर सकते हैं।

1) डर है कि आप असफल हो जाएंगे;

2) यह भय कि आप भगवान के मानकों पर खरा नहीं उतर सकते;

3) ऐसा डर जिससे आप परमेश्वर के वचन का पालन नहीं कर सकते।

बाइबल में सात सौ से अधिक बार डर और भय शब्द पाए जाते हैं; इससे हमें अपने जीवन में भय के महत्व का एहसास होना चाहिए। अस्सी से अधिक बार हमारे पास शब्द हैं, "डरो मत," या "डरना नहीं।"
