Main Texts: Matthew 25:14–30, Luke 19:11–27, Isaiah 65:21–22

Introduction / प्रस्तावना

  • Business is not only about profit—it is stewardship. Jesus taught that those who are faithful in handling money, opportunities, and resources will be rewarded in His Kingdom. In Matthew 25, the faithful “businessmen” (servants who invested talents) were promoted to rulers. व्यापार केवल लाभ के लिए नहीं है—यह प्रबंध है। यीशु ने सिखाया कि जो लोग धन, अवसर और संसाधनों को विश्वासयोग्य ढंग से संभालते हैं, उन्हें उसके राज्य में प्रतिफल मिलेगा। मत्ती 25 में विश्वासयोग्य “व्यापारी” (दास जिन्होंने कौशल बढ़ाया) शासक बना दिए गए।

1. Business is God’s Trust / व्यापार परमेश्वर का सौंपा हुआ कार्य है

  • Matthew 25:14 – “A man delivered his goods to his servants.” मत्ती 25:14 – “उसने अपना धन अपने दासों को सौंपा।”
    👉 Your business, wealth, and opportunities are not yours—they are entrusted by God. आपका व्यापार, धन और अवसर आपके नहीं हैं—वे परमेश्वर ने आपको सौंपे हैं।

2. Faithfulness Brings Multiplication / विश्वासयोग्यता बढ़ोतरी लाती है

  • The two servants traded and multiplied their talents. Business done with honesty, diligence, and integrity brings fruit and glorifies God. दो दासों ने व्यापार करके अपने कौशल बढ़ाए। ईमानदारी, परिश्रम और सच्चाई से किया गया व्यापार फल लाता है और परमेश्वर की महिमा करता है।
    👉 God is pleased when businessmen grow resources righteously. परमेश्वर तब प्रसन्न होता है जब व्यापारी धर्मी तरीके से संसाधन बढ़ाते हैं।

3. Faithfulness Today = Rulership Tomorrow / आज की विश्वासयोग्यता = कल का शासन

  • English: Matthew 25:21 – “Well done, good and faithful servant… I will make you ruler over many things.” मत्ती 25:21 – “शाबाश, हे भले और विश्वासयोग्य दास… मैं तुझे बहुत बातों का अधिकारी ठहराऊँगा।”
    👉 Business is training for rulership in the Millennium. If you are faithful with money today, Jesus will trust you with cities and authority tomorrow. व्यापार सहस्राब्दी राज्य के लिए प्रशिक्षण है। यदि आप आज धन में विश्वासयोग्य हैं, तो यीशु आपको कल नगरों और अधिकार का अधिकारी बनाएगा।

4. The Danger of Laziness and Fear / आलस्य और भय का खतरा

  • The servant who buried his talent was called “wicked and lazy” and was cast out. Fear, selfishness, and wasted opportunities displease God. जिसने कौशल गाड़ दिया, उसे “दुष्ट और आलसी” कहा गया और बाहर निकाल दिया गया। भय, स्वार्थ और अवसरों की बर्बादी परमेश्वर को अप्रसन्न करती है।

5. Kingdom Business = Service, Not Greed / राज्य का व्यापार = सेवा, न लोभ

  • In the Millennium, businessmen will build, plant, and produce (Isaiah 65:21–22), but not for greed. Business will exist to serve people and glorify Christ. सहस्राब्दी राज्य में व्यापारी घर बनाएँगे, दाख की बारियाँ लगाएंगे और उत्पादन करेंगे (यशायाह 65:21–22), परन्तु लोभ के लिए नहीं। व्यापार लोगों की सेवा और मसीह की महिमा के लिए होगा।

Conclusion / निष्कर्ष

    • Business is stewardship from God. व्यापार परमेश्वर का सौंपा हुआ प्रबंध है।

    • Faithful businessmen multiply resources for His glory. विश्वासयोग्य व्यापारी संसाधन बढ़ाकर उसकी महिमा करते हैं।

    • Faithfulness today will lead to rulership in the Millennial Kingdom. आज की विश्वासयोग्यता सहस्राब्दी राज्य में शासन का प्रतिफल लाएगी।
      👉 Your business is not just about today’s profit—it is about eternal promotion in God’s Kingdom. आपका व्यापार केवल आज के लाभ के लिए नहीं है—यह परमेश्वर के राज्य में अनन्त पदोन्नति के लिए है।

Closing Prayer / समापन प्रार्थना

  • “Lord, help us to see business not just as profit, but as stewardship. Make us faithful in small things today, so we may be rulers with You tomorrow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.” “हे प्रभु, हमें यह देखने में सहायता कर कि व्यापार केवल लाभ नहीं, बल्कि प्रबंध है। हमें आज छोटी बातों में विश्वासयोग्य बना, ताकि कल हम तेरे साथ राज्य कर सकें। यीशु के नाम में, आमीन।”
